Fusion Heat Press

The only way to successfully print screen print transfers is by using a high quality heat press that can guarantee accurate time, temperature, and pressure. These three variables must be accurate to ensure a quality finished product. While cheap heat presses from China can be appealing from a price standpoint, you get what you pay for. A quality heat press might cost more, but the superior performance is worth the cost.

We suggest our clients use a Stahls’ Hotronix heat press, as they have been a leading manufacturer of presses for decades. For our beginning printers, we suggest the Stahls’ Hotronix Fusion heat press, which does not require an air compressor and can act as a swing or drawer press. This allows full and safe access to the platen away from the heating element. The press features a digital display and the ability to save preset time, temperature, and pressure settings. Additional plattens for pressing smaller products are available and easy to switch out.
